Getting to Kyles View

The postcode for the Sat Nav is IV51 9NH and the house number is 8.

Travelling north on the A87 and just before continuing towards Portree, there is a junction marked Braes, turn right here.  Travel along this road for approximately half a mile and you will come to a T junction, turn right here.  You are now on the B833. (If you miss the first Braes junction, there is another one a ½ mile further along the road, again turning right.  On this road, you will pass the T junction mentioned above)

Carry on straight ahead for approximately 5 miles. During this journey you will pass over a cattle grid and a bus shelter on the right.

You will also pass signposts and drive through Cornodon, Achnahanaid, Ollach and Gedintailor.

At the junction with the sign for Balmeanach, turn left down this road for 1 mile. You will pass several houses on the right-hand side, then a gap.  The next place you see will be Kyles View on the right. The Sat Nav will tell you that you have arrived at your destination several houses too early.
